Founded as the Central Community Housing Trust in 1986, Aeon provides affordable housing to low-income individuals in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. Serving more than 4,500 people annually, Aeon owns and manages 36 properties and 2,700 units of affordable housing.
