Archway Housing & Services (previously Rocky Mountain HDC, Inc.) aims to build healthier communities by providing quality, affordable housing with supportive services to low and moderate income families in Metro Denver. Since its founding in 1995, the nonprofit has developed 363 units of affordable housing with on-site programs and services for youth and adult residents. Currently under development is Archway’s 40 West Residence project, which will include 60 affordable units with 25 reserved for homeless veterans.
