Buffalo Economic Renaissance Corporation - CLOSED

Founded in 1978 by the City of Buffalo, the Buffalo Economic Renaissance Corporation is a public-private partnership organization, placing an emphasis on the development of small businesses ands strengthening neighborhood businesses. Programs include the BERC Neighborhood Micro Enterprise Loan Program, which provides financing from $2,500 to $50,000 to businesses within the City of Buffalo limits, and the Commercial Area Revitalization Effort (CARE), which involves a partnership with neighborhood residents and merchants to rehabilitate and renovate businesses in economically distressed areas. I'm not sure I understand the New Market Tax Credits.
