The Community Development for All People Corporation (CD4AP) is a faith-based, non-profit community development organization. With a $345,000 award from the United Way of Central Ohio, CD4AP and Nationwide Children’s Hospital, the Healthy Neighborhoods, Healthy Families (HNHF) Realty Collaborative will rehabilitate 30 units over 3 years. CD4AP and HNHF will also rehabilitate a 28-block area of up to 75 homes in the Hospital’s surrounding low-income neighborhoods.
