Franklinton Development Association

The Franklinton Development Association (FDA) is a community development corporation formed to lead the revitalization of the Franklinton neighborhood of Columbus. FDA is comprised of residents, local business owners, area non-profits, and other groups focused on revitalization by creating affordable housing and commercial development for economic growth. With $1.8 million in tax credits for low-income housing, FDA aims to create 100 housing units for low- and moderate-income families.
