Founded in 1978 as Miami-Dade Neighborhood Housing Services, Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida provides homeownership services and develops quality, green, and affordable homes in Miami-Dade and Broward County. In FY 2015, the nonprofit provided homeownership education to over 1,700 clients and helped 212 people buy homes.
