Northeast Denver Housing Center aims to create sustainable, healthy housing opportunities for underserved households through outreach, education and housing development. Since its establishment in 1982, NDHC has developed over 800 housing units, provided housing counseling to over 9,500 households, and improved over 300 homes by reducing or eliminating lead poisoning, reducing asthma triggers, and increasing energy efficiency.
