Ohio Cooperative Development Center (Ohio State University)

Ohio Cooperative Development Center (OCDC), one of Ohio State University South Centers, was founded in 2001 to support economic development in rural communities through the establishment and support of new and existing cooperatives. OCDC provides seed grants of up to $1,500 for new cooperatives, and $3,000 for cooperatives looking to further develop their business. In the recent 2010-2011 round, they have provided grants to Shekinah Ranch, Home Healthcare Provider Cooperative, Stone’s Throw Cooperative and Buckeye Hills Area Agency on Aging 8.
