Founded by the social service-focused nonprofit The Woodlawn Organization (TWO) to coordinate its real estate development and management activities, the Woodlawn Community Development Corporation (WCDC) has developed more than 2,000 units of single family and senior housing since its establishment in 1972. WCDC also manages over 5,000 units of housing and relies on a holistic approach to ensure its residents are connected to essential educational and social services.
