Making Connections--Annie E. Casey Foundation

Initiated in 1999, Making Connections is a 10-year program of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, which involves a network of sites in 22 cities. In this program, the Casey Foundation, working in coordination with local partners, aims to bring together residents, community leaders, businesses, government officials, community groups, and anchor institutions such as schools and faith communities to enhance the effectiveness of local neighborhood revitalization efforts.
