Namasté Solar is a sustainable energy installation firm which has installed over 25MW of photovoltaics in Colorado and elsewhere since 2005. In 2011, they transitioned to a worker cooperative structure in order to make their underlying ownership structure match their existing commitment to democratic, one-worker/one-vote management practices.
