Nature Conservancy

Founded in 1951, the Nature Conservancy works in all 50 states and more than 30 countries. To date, the group has protected more than 119 million acres of land and 5,000 miles of river around the world. It also operates more than 100 marine conservation projects in 21 countries and 22 US states.
